She began her professional career in 1991 in the private sector, acquiring, studying and interpreting geophysical data. She has been working in the field of Oceanography since 1999, gaining wide experience in the deployment and use of a variety of marine instrumentation, and developing strong skills in the processing and analysis of marine environmental data.

She moved to the CTMO in 2015 where she is involved in the control and calibration of oceanographic instrumentation.
